About us
We got tired of content that nobody asked for
Oxytone grew out of daily practice: plans built on opinion, expertise stuck in people's heads, and results that never made it back into the next decision.
Why Oxytone exists
It started as our own problem
We spent years working on content and search for organisations with real expertise. The pattern repeated itself: the knowledge was there, the demand was measurable, and still the plan came down to who asked loudest.
Between research, briefing, writing and reporting, four tools and three handovers sat in the way. Every step lost a bit of context, so every round started roughly from scratch.
Oxytone is the platform we needed ourselves: one flow that carries a topic from first signal to measured result, with the reasoning behind each choice still visible.
The problem
What the platform solves
Three concrete things, not a mission statement.
- Choices without grounding
- Topics are picked on opinion instead of measurable demand and existing gaps.
- Knowledge that stays put
- What specialists know rarely makes it into content, so output stays generic.
- Results that lead nowhere
- Performance ends up in a report instead of in the next round of decisions.
Neurofactor
Where the association research comes from
Part of our team comes from Neurofactor, where we ran association research for brands and organisations: which words, concepts and feelings people connect to a subject, and which of those associations actually drive a choice.
That research is not a separate product. It sits under the platform as a knowledge layer: it shapes which themes are worth covering, what a briefing has to establish, and which wording strengthens the association you want.
We keep the claims narrow. Association research tells us what people connect to a subject in a given context — it does not tell us what happens in someone's brain, and we do not present it that way.

Principles
How we work
- Evidence before volume
- A topic gets made because demand and gaps point at it, not because the calendar is empty.
- People decide
- The platform prepares and proposes. Review and approval stay with your team.
- No claims we cannot back
- We say what the research shows and where it stops.
- One flow, not more tools
- Every feature has to earn its place inside the existing flow.
